<p>HEART DISEASE</p>

<p>LACOXA 50MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with second or third-degree AV block and LACOXA 50MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients who had heart disease like AV block, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, heart failure or heart attack. Consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<h2>OTHERS</h2>

<p>Before taking LACOXA 50MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have:</p>

<p><strong>Use in pediatrics:</strong></p>

<p>Your doctor will prescribe the right dose depends on your child&rsquo;s age, body weight and health condition. Consult your doctor before taking LACOXA 50MG TABLET.</p>

<p><strong>Use in geriatrics:</strong></p>

<p>LACOXA 50MG TABLET should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above). Consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>

<p><strong>A. Drug-Drug interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Before taking LACOXA 50MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine:</p>

<li>Medicines used to treat heart problems</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat epilepsy or pain (Ex. carbamazepine, lamotrigine or pregabalin)</li>
<li>Medicines used for fungal infections (Ex. fluconazole, itraconazole or ketoconazole)</li>
<li>Medicine used to treat HIV (Ex. ritonavir)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat bacterial infections (Ex. clarithromycin or rifampicin)</li>
<li>Herbal medicine used to treat mild anxiety and depression (Ex. St. John&rsquo;s wort)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>

<p>If you or anyone else accidentally takes too much of LACOXA 50MG TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdose are dizziness, nausea, vomiting, fits (seizures), heartbeat problems such as a slow, fast or irregular heartbeat or a fall in blood pressure with rapid heartbeat and sweating.</p>
